Restoration and Conservation
At Bennie Historic Conservation we are a team of very highly regarded specialists and professional tradesmen who are experienced in all kinds of restoration projects. We have worked alongside some of the most highly respected architectural practices in this field for many years. Our projects range from Grade II listed private homes to Grade I public buildings of national importance and includes ecclesiastical and sometimes just locally important structures.
We are experienced in total renovation, restoration and repairs to exacting standards meeting the requirements of modern building regulations and the need for modern services such as gas, electricity and water. All of this we undertake whilst maintaining the historic fabric for posterity. In other words preserving and conserving our national heritage.
Our subcontractors are vetted on the basis of their previous work on historic buildings and their professional building credentials before working with us and we are able to provide these on request to our clients. All works are carried out to current health safety and environmental standards.
